This is the day that the Lord has made!

This is the day that the Lord has made.  Let us rejoice and be glad in it.

Cedars XXV

This year the theme for Cedars is "Finishing Well-Finishing Strong as a Christian". The first Cedars originated out of prayer during a TBM staff retreat in January, 1989 where God invaded and changed many lives. The past Cedars have been real spiritual markers for hundreds of people. This is a spiritual time for everyone and many have returned year after year because they want to truly "experience" God.  Begin now to pray what God would have you do about attending this event. Mark the date on your calendar.

Interested in starting RAs at your church?

Royal Ambassadors is a mission education program for boys, grades 1-6. RAs has existed for 106 years, and provides an opportunity for boys to develop biblical character in addition to growing spiritually, physically, mentally and in relationships with others.

RAs groups enjoy participating in summer camps and activities such as basketball tournaments, outings to the Texas Rangers Ballpark and the annual state race.

All the activities are designed to help boys learn about God’s mission, participate in on-mission activities, pray for and give to missions, develop and use mission skills, and support the mission work of their church and denomination.

The Royal Ambassador Quick Start Guide provides a brief overview of the Royal Ambassador program. Contact Keith Mack at keith.mack@texasbaptistmen.org or call (214) 275-1123 concerning questions related to Royal Ambassadors or schedule a training session for RA Leaders.
