TBM volunteers continue to provide disaster relief in North Texas

With chainsaws, blue tarps and skid-steer loaders, Texas Baptist Men disaster relief volunteers continued to help North Texas residents affected by killer tornadoes that swept through the region the day after Christmas.

UPDATE: TBM sets up Incident Command Team to assist North Texas tornado relief

After at least nine tornadoes were confirmed throughout the North Texas region on Saturday evening, Texas Baptist Men's Disaster Relief Ministry sprang into action and began mobilizing volunteers and resources to assist needs. At this time, the ministry is in the process of staging an Incident Command Team at the First Baptist Church of Rowlett to manage relief units, such as the chainsaw and box ministry.
