After this date, prices will increase $20 per day per person. 

MOTEL ROOMS: These rooms are reserved ONLY for those individuals who are registering for the entire retreat.  There are only 2 handicap rooms available.  One-night motel rooms are NOT available. Motel rooms include linens and towels.

DORMS - Bring towels and linens for twin size bunk bed.

RV SPACE - Most RV spaces have 30 amp & 50 amp electrical circuits; 25 RV spaces available.

RV & DAY ATTENDANCE with NO LODGING - These selections have options available to pay for meals separately. 

MEALS:  Entire Retreat package for motel and dorm selections include 7 total meals on:

Thursday, March 16th  - 1 pm -5 pm
  • ServSafe (Basic Food Handling (maximum attendance 40).                      
    • This course introduces participants to the basics of safe food handling. The course explains how food can become unsafe through time-temperature abuse, cross-contamination, improper cleaning and sanitizing.  Also, there will be a brief review on the importance of how good personal hygiene plays a role in limiting the spread of bacteria and other dangerous pathogens.
  • Asset Protection
  • Flood and Fire Recovery(Mud out/Ash out)
  • Operational Stress First Aid (OSFA) (maximum attendance 20)
    • This program provides tools to assist leaders in identifying stress problems as early as possible, as well as information designed to help leaders take appropriate actions to restore personnel to full function and readiness when necessary.

  • Operations Officer Workshop  
    • This workshop will cover in detail the responsibilities of the Operations Officer during a deployment.  It will include a review of the duties of the Operations Officer and how they relate to other members of the IMT.  The workshop will also include an in depth look at the Work Order Tracking System and how to use the system for assignments and tracking, how to make changes to the system, and how to use the system for reporting.  A brief review of Form Stack reporting will also be included in the workshop.

  • Long Term Recovery   (New Workshop)
    • While attending this workshop you will learn how to engage youth and adults in your churches to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those affected by disasters.  Long Term Recovery from disasters begins days to weeks after the disaster occurs and continues months and even years. Recovery efforts involve interaction with disaster survivors through local churches, associations, and community-formed "Long Term Recovery Teams." It is through these efforts that God leads in rebuilding communities, reconnecting people, and restoring hope.

After registering online, you will receive an email with all the workshops you signed up for.  You will also have a downloadable link for Medical Release form. Please print and fill this form out and bring it with you to the DR Retreat Check-In Registration desk.
