 Here in the United States the Water Purification team routinely responds to disasters. Recently we have been called on to help in the wake of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Ike, providing clean water for TBM’s kitchen, laundry, and shower units.

 In the wake of a devastating earthquake in 2008, the team built 40 powered filtration units on site. We then trained local relief workers how to build and service them, and helped to install some units in remote communities.

 The 2004 tsunami off the coast of Indonesia wreaked havoc on many countries bordering the Indian ocean. TBM sent Water Purification teams to Sri Lanka to assist locals in restoring clean drinking water.Read more
